Default Cammin BeaSSt TB.........AWESOME! (pics)

I received my TB back from Ron on last thursday and didn't get a chance to get it back on the car until this weekend. He did a great job, not to mention the customer service. A+ service. He replied to my questions and concerns the same day. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a ported TB, great quality and fast turn around. With the small amount of driving I did, the improved throttle response was the biggest difference I noticed. Here are some pics.

Nice, but I wish everybody that ports would fill those gaping holes and drill for the iac and bypass. MUCH better flow and less turbulence. Look at Shaner's website to see a picture of what I'm talking about.

jrp will be testing the differences in filled and nonfilled TBs soon. We will see then if its worth doin since so far his testing has been real precise and informative

I was just wondering why he didn't epoxy and redrill the holes.

I have dyno results showing that the epoxy/drilling is not worth the extra effort. I currently have two TBs on a local flow bench for comparison. It should be interesting to see the difference in CFM.

At 75.00 shipped you are getting everything possible done to the TB other than the epoxy. Shaner TBs were getting around 7 top 8rwhp gains and as you will see with the "less expensive " TBs results will be the same for half the price

Nice, I did my own and now I'm looking at taking that cross bar thing off the blade, is there a write up on that?
