Default th350 driveshaft

i searched, but couldnt find anything. I need to know how much long i need to make my driveshaft to work with my TH350.

Its a 6"(short) tailshaft, so i would guess that i need to extend it three inches???

Also does anyone know what the overall lenght needs to be?

I can't give you specifics but if no one else can help, do this.
Put the driveshaft in the trans, position the slip yoke to where it used to be, there should be a shiney side and a rusted side with a line where the seal used to ride between the two. Or just shove it all the way in and pull it out 1".
Then go back to the rear yoke and measure from the bearing cap to the yoke where the bearing cap sits.
BTW you'll need a whole new driveshaft. They can only be shortened, not made longer.
It should be real close to 3 inches if you took out a 4L60E.
