Default would a cracked lid, with a tiny hole in it affect A/F?

I took off my maf to clean it and theres about 7 slit cracks around the maf, the maf is inside the lid, but the sides of the lid have cracks and one has a mini hole, Do you think that would throw off the A/F really?

It would not have any change on the A/F, just might suck some unfiltered air in. If the Bellows were screwed up you might suck some extra air in, but anything going through the MAF gets is "seen" by the sensor.
