Default ltft HELP please

I am running a stroker motor with 236/236 595/595 112 cam on a A4. My LTFT b1 in park and N reads 9 and ltft b2 reads 0. I put it in gear and LTFT b1 reads 0 and LTFtb2 goes to -5. I have checked the exhaust, air tubes, intake, vac lines, o2s and i cant find anything. What else could cause this?

I'm having trouble figuring out what "I put the gear" means.

If it means you put it in gear and the LTFT changed, that's pretty normal behavior...in gear drops to a different BLM cell on every LS1 app I've seen thus far. Different BLM cell, different LTFTs.

Have you driven it thru a complete learn cycle yet? Around 1 hour, varied driving conditions if I recall right gets you a complete learn cycle, maybe do a search on it for details?

Default Not running good

Well took it out for a nice ride and it is not running good. Car is bucking hard when slowing down to a stop and bogs when I punch it. No codes but just not right...
