Default Header bolts

On my Mac mid lengths the bolts to the Y pipe keep coming loose because the car shakes so much with the big cam. What do you use to keep them tight. Already tried lock washers. What next?

put a VERY light coat of lithium grease on coupling to help get the best seating. use some grade 8 3/8 2.5'' bolts, washers and nuts available at home depot or lowes and torque the hell out out of em with some loc-tite. If that doesn't work, you should look into welding (hopefully I'm kidding here).
