400 rwhp cam choice
I want some suggestions on what cam to buy. I will be doing full bolt-ons including SLP flowpac (Lid, bellows, TB, filter, etc), Kooks LT's and catted-Y, magnaflow catback. I want something from Alan Futral ONLY. I am looking for the smallest cam that will give me 400 rwhp with the bolt-ons, decent driveability, PASS emissions with my cats, a noticeable lope but not drastic, and peak torque at 5000 rpm.

Yes, call alan. Nobody knows their cams better than the man himself.
Give it a lot more time than 45 minutes before posting back up because you don't have an answer yet.
Ditch the SLP flowpac. You can buy each individual component of that for considerably less. For the bellows do a search for the "fernco mod" and the "hump hose".
I just double checked the price and component list of the flowpac. $300 is more than you need to spend. A K&N is $50, although I would recommend a good paper air filter instead. A lid is like $90-$120, a CAI kit is probably just over $100, and the hump hose will be <$25.
