Exhaust cut out I have long tube pacesetters with the matched off road y pipe. Who is going to be the best and descent priced company for a cut out purchase?

I have a QTEC and at idle it has rattled since day 1--I don't have a very loud car but until you step on it you can hear it---have welded the butterfly to the shaft,but it is the shaft that is loose.....I am getting another someday---WON"T be from QTP!!!-guys on ls2 are reporting same problem!!By the way,I called them and they never returned my call.....
