Gears & Axles - 02 Z28 A4 - 500 hp with stock rear?

I putting a turbo(500+ rwhp) in my 2002 A4. What do I need to do to the transmission and rear end to handle the extra HP?

If I keep street tires on this car and take it pretty easy on the throttle can I expect the stock 10 bolt to last, if not, what should I do? Upgrade, 12 bolt, etc.
