Default what trans fluid

aight guys. i have a rebuilt 4l60E with shif kit and billet servo`s. i am about to put a vig 3200 in and i was wondering what transmission fluid i need to run

I'd stay away from synthetics. I've ran the cheap stuff for years. AAMCO trans fluid from autozone. I change it once or twice a year.

I use whatever Dexron-III ATF that is on sale. I change the fluid every 6 months.

For a synthetic, Amsoil & Redline are very good. For a non-synthetic, Mobil is very good & Aamco, much easier to find (which is Mobil) they have the licensing rights from Mobil, are good to use.
