Dyno software
I messed around with desktop dyno 2000 and wasn't thrilled with it. It did not have the ls1 engine in it. The newer version does, but costs and arm and a leg. I saw comp cams has the dyno sim advanced software for $160. I called them about it and they said it does have the ls1 gen III motors in it. Does anyone have any experience with this thing before I buy it to play around with some cam ideas?

Well I went and found all the specs for my year model LS1 then put in the specs for my Cam and Exhaust and type of fuel (Nitrous or FI). I think it looks close with regular pup gas, but it starts showing torque off the charts when I tell it I have a 100 Shot of nos on it. What's your email? I'll send you the files and you can just change the Cam specs and such to match what your running. Save you the trouble of having to track down the Specs.

Sent ya 3 files one with just regular fuel and the other 2 are a 100shot and 200shot of nitrous. One of these days I'll get back to the dyno to check how accurate that program really is!
