Default 1/8 mile track times

Just took my 2000 TA, to the 1/8 track, ran 8.4 @84 with 1.99 60ft. I have a Lid, gmmg cat back, smooth bellow,and msd plug wires and MT drag radials. Does anyone have an idea what i might be runnin in the 1/4 mile with these times. thanks

That's looking like low 13's, maybe 13.15 at 103 or 104 mph. Your 60' should be a lot better on M/T DRs though. Short time should be at most 1.80's and be running 12.80s.

I tried launching at different rpms, but kept bogging, at 2,500-3,500 rpms, do you know what i can do to fix that problem. what u think i could of ran with the right 60ft. time?

Keep expiramenting with it. If it's bogging, I'd give it more revs.

I would have but heard the stock 10 bolt don't hold up well. Does anyone know the most i should launch at?

Mine kept bogging on me untill I changed the gear. You could also try running more air in the tires to get them to slip just alittle to keep the rpms up and not bog. Nice run though.

Instead of dropping more money in a worthless 10-bolt I would up the tire pressure a little bit.

Putting 4.10's in it with those tires has the potential for serious breakage.

I put in a 4.10. It still had a little bog to it since I couldn't drop the clutch, so i put in a 4.30. It's all gone now. If I had the money I would put a 12 bolt in it and stay with a 4.10.
