Default Zero'd out LTFT on fresh H/C install, dead battery, need help w/EFILIVE

Guys,
I just got H/C installed and wanted to tune it with EFI Live v.7. It was running fine with the exception that I didn't think that the fan was coming on at idle. I opened the scan tool and zero'd out the fuel table under the bi-directional controls. Before this it just had a sporadic idle but everything else seemed fine. Now it idles at about 400 rpm and I have no throttle response. So then I go to read the PCM data with the Tuner and the batttery was ran down so it would read about 90k of the PCM and then freeze. Also, the car is throwing tons of active handling, traction control errors.

Is this what I should do?
1) Fully charge the battery with a real battery charger
2) Once charged, read the pcm with the tuner, and clear diagnostic trouble codes
3) What degrees celcius should the primary fan on and off be with a 160 thermo?
4) How do I get the entire fuel table to relearn if I can't drive due to no throttle response?
5)Will I get throttle back once i clear codes?

Any help and hints will be greatly appreciated. If someone has a .tun file for EFI live that will work with an 2001 Z06 that would probably help too.

Thanks, Al

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. A conservative start - lower your turn on/off fan settings by 6 *C (10* F)

Fan 1, turn-on 102
Fan 1, turn-off 98
Fan 2, turn-on 107
Fan 2, turn off 103
(all in *C)

4. See 1 & 2
5. Tune to your car, don't cut and paste from someone elses.
