how much power is it worth if any? j/w because one will be goin in and will eventually be used to help cool a turbo setup.

What type of cooler are you talking about? Trans cooler? Engine oil cooler? Neither of them will give any power increase. The tranny cooler will increase the longevity of your trans. The engine oil cooler will as well, and unless the engine is running dangerously hot then it won't net you any power either.
