Eastern Members - Good LS1 shop in/near Alexandria, VA?

My brother lives in Alexandria, and needs some work done on his 98 TA. I'm in Texas, and he can't turn wrenches to save his life, so I'd like to find a good shop nearby that he can take it to for this stuff.
He needs a fairly extensive tuneup (100K miles), maybe an oil pump replacement, SFC install, and catback install.

Is there a board sponsor close by? Or can someone recommend a shop for me?

not sure how far away it is, but the closest place i know of is Rapid. im sure it is a ride, but he is in PA and does very good work.

they have alot of members from that area, that may be able to help more then us. most of the guys here are from NJ and up. some are from the souther parts, but most arnt. but feel free to stop by any time
