Starter tips?
I'm currently replacing the starter on my 91 Firebird, but due to lack of tools I'm having a bit of trouble. When my friend came over a few days ago with his ratchets, we were loosening the bolts and one simply refuses to come loose. For the past 3 days I've been drenching the thing in WD40 and attempting to loosen it with a wrench. Any tips?

i had to double check that i was on LS1tech.com and not Thirdgen.org... lol.
heres what you do:
stick a socket and ratchet on it (or a breaker bar if you have one.)
then slip a bar over the end of that. (cheater bar)
if a bar is not around, get a big wrench, and do the same thing.
a deep 1/2" drive socket with a long extention works well too..
then just pull harder.

thirdgen.org is the largest thirdgen tech website online... there are alot of (for lack of a better word) dumbasses there, but there are more then enough knowlegeable people there to even it out... you can basicly find the answer to anything thirdgen related with a search... its been up for years and years.
