Default P0440, Too high fuel pressure??

About two weeks ago my car's SES light came on. I finally got it scaned last night and it give me P0440 code, some sort of Evap Fault. I checked the the gas cap of courst and my car has been filled a few times since so I don't think thats the prob. I have a walbro intank installed (for about 8 months, no probs till now). I checked my fuel pressure and its at 67 psi consistantly. Is this too high??. Also if I turn the key on(dont start the car) what should the fuel pressure drop be? Thanks, and suggestions and comments are appreciated.
