Default Boring the LS1

Is there anywhere to read more details on doing this? I hear boring to a 427 will not cause much problem, what kinda of cost would one be looking at including parts/labor?

TIA

who told you this? without resleeving, a ls1 block(99-02) cannot be bored more than .010. That's around a 347. As for the 98 blocks(and even some 99 blocks), they can only be bored .004. The only way you're gonna get into a 427 with your block is with spending some serious money on a resleeving process, and that is it.
