Default Another TTII Thread!

-I just got my wheels on today...2-17x9.5 and 2-17x11 out back with 315 Goodyear GS-D3's. I think they look amazing!
Just got one question, since the wheels and tires are a lot bigger than my stockers, is there a problem with rock chips on the rear of my car? The tires stick out more than the stockers, and I can hear a lot of rocks hitting the inside of the wheel well, just wondering if I should be worried about chipping my paint?

I got the pics!

I have the same set-up as you, and I haven't noticed any rock chips. The tires do seem to kick up rocks more than my old tires though.

I don't see any pictures by the way.

I've seen the classics before but they are more greyish. The ones in that pic look black.

Common sense would say, yes, you could get rock chips. What you want to know is, How likely are you to get rock chips? It depends on where you go, how you drive (spinning in gravel), etc. The 17X11's are massive, so ya, they are more likely to throw rocks.
