Just finished grinding and it seems like an awful lot. I havn't taken the caliper off yet but I'm willing to bet it's as thin as an 1/8" in acouple of spots. The only reason I had to touch the top is becaseu I run stick on weights, I didn't take hardly any off the top but alot came off that corner. Look familiar to anyone? Car looks badass with the 15x10s and new M/Ts though.

Damn, I took them off to paint them and I actually broke through in two spots in each caliper. It's at the ends of that big clip that goes from the piston across the top of the caliper. I just put alittle cold weld in the holes and called it a day.
I went with the 275/50/15s. They look so badass with the car sitting so low. I'll take some pics on Sunday, I have to stick some new axles and a few other goodies in the rear first.

Looks about right to me, I have 15x10 draglites with no spacers, and mine are just about the same, maybe a little more grinded. I eventually gotta get around to takin the time to paint the one I didn't paint, gotta grind the rust off first though!

Yeah I used those indentations as a judge for the second one. The first one took me 3 days because people kept stopping over to shoot the ****, the second one probrably took less than 20 minutes.

The car isn't my real daily driver but I drive it everyday in the summer just because I can't resist. I havn't even started it yet this year but most of last year I ran skinnies on the front, 17x9.5s in the rear, HALs (Rs in the front), Hypercoil lower springs, and no front sway bar. I though the car handled fine with the shocks set at 6-8 in the rear and I always run the fronts on 1. This year it will be alittle more tough to drive with the 233/239 and the power steering is going to be history too.
