Default Some pictures for the non-believers...

Some people at the GTG this weekend didn't believe that I cleaned my engine compartment, so I thought I would post these pictures to quell the blasphemers... hehehehe..

Okay... here's what it looked like before..

And note how dirty the underside of the hood is in this pic..

And this is what it looks like now..

I'm not done detailing it, I just did the bulk of it, and now I need to get back in the nooks and crannies of the engine compartment and take a few things apart to clean them better.

I also have a new Raptor airbox arriving this week, so it will be back looking beautiful, too.

Very nice Zeke! It'll be fun to see it once you're done with this round of bling...

I need to do some touch up in mine already too. Hey, I was just thinking, did you delete the funky plastic covers like mine has, or did yours never have 'em to begin with?

That looks really nice!... For some reason I don't have the patience to clean the engine... I just want to drive! I think I'll open a business that offers this service, I'm sure there are lots of people like me out there....

I don't know I think I'll have to see it in person to believe it. I was there that dyno day I think and your engine was pretty filthy. TX must do that because my Z had only 8k miles on it but the engine was covered in dust and its a TX car.

Oh, it's most definitely the same car... and I'm very far from done at this point. Much more bling to come. I think I'm starting to get Todd fever because I'm filled with the urge to start polishing things.

I'm also going to do the wire relocation mod, and am going to delete EGR and AIR, got some carbon fiber FRC's in the works, some chrome parts. Going to be disassembling a bunch of pieces for the next round of engine bay detailing.

Many many many many mods to come on this car.

Yeah, after deleting the AIR pump hose, I'm leaning towards the wire loom mod too. And that Todd-virus just never ends....I was out buying chrome bolts & polishing stainless bolts last weekend.
