Default LS6 intake guys please HELP QUICK! In the middle of a swap!

Ok so I got the LS1 intake off and I took off the coolant pipe . ... Some coolant came out and went into the bolt holes for the coolant plugs. Not in the heads or the intake bolt holes just the coolant plug holes. Is this bad? If so what do I need to do? Thanks, got to run to the store quick and then I'll be back on.

roll up a paper towel or use q-tips and also blow them out with compressed air as already stated

Just wanted to thank you guys again. There was a little bit of coolant in there, I think I got it all out. The little rubber Y boot that connects the three PCV lines together behind the intake was burned through. I fixed this with some rubber hose and made a Y out of some plastic fuel line pieces. Will this be ok?

Its back against the firewall probably right behind the intake. It is a rubber y with two lines from the pass. side crankcase and intake going into a single line that goes somewhere on the drivers side. It was a total pain swaping that intake, its been wet so I can't even really play yet. Whats that thing plugged into the back of the intake? I had a real bitch of a time trying to get that plugged back in. . .
