Default ASP Pullies, 3 years old

I thougth I had read somewhere that the old, non SFI, ASP pullies were robbibg HP from cars. My old Z has the crank/alt pullies on it, mom has car now, and I was thinking about taking them off and putting stock back on. To make a long story short, the car dynoed very crappy awhiel back Im Im trying to fix it.

I dont think the pulley would rob power. It has the same function from day 1 to day whenever. Its something else.
