short pulse limit and adder question

short pulse limit and adder question so my short pulse limit is set at 3.997 or so
then the adder table...does that mean that any pulse width under 3.997 has the adder value added to it?
so if im running 1.2 pulse width, the adder for 1.2 says .5 so ill have a new pulse width of 1.7??
and then the other tables in the fueling there, minimum and default pulse width, are the low end setting, meaning that the injectors will not be allowed to operate under this number?
