Default question on f10 cam

how would this cam be for daily driving on an auto with a vig.3200 stall? the specs are 228/228 on a 114 for sure. this is what allan recommended to me over something like a 228/230ish cam!

I'm guessing you told Allan your goals and combination to get his recommendation. I'd go with what he says, unless you plan on changing other things and living with a more radical cam..

You mean 228 vs. 230? Not enough difference to even notice. The 230 range does seem to be a sweet spot for engines in the 5.7 L range. I would go with it or even more it you think you would be tolerent of a little bucking and surging. A 112 LSA would be more fun IMO, but you get even more bucking and surging.

I got F10 cam from Allan. Didin't have a chance to put it in yet, but 400rwhp+ is quite doable on stock heads.
