I watched that second launch a dozen times and it is just unnatural to see that much steel leave that fast. MY GOD. Congrats. What was your 60'?

cmotorsports give me a killer deal on that motor so i am not sure how much it would really cost. it has some really good parts in it. callies crank, olliver rods, that kind of stuff.

my 60' kind of sucked, it was a 1.78. i have pulled a best of 1.63 on the stock tires before and with some stickys who knows what it would do.

Nice run. Think you can get any better times out of the truck with sticky tires?

How the hell do you hook with those tires? I know you spun but I would think you would spin all the way down the track with that much power. A buddy of mine is running 11.7's in his 04 Silverado on slicks and he's roasting them off the line...and that's running them at about 14 PSI.

Probably not ENOUGH pressure. Has he tried running them 20-25psi?

We looked at the tires when we got back and the centers were bowed in, probalby needs more air and will get more contact to the ground
