and I did send him my order number
so if anyone knows where he is (like on bues. or wat ever let me know)
he said it wold be done that weekedn but nothing...

well he told me befor i ordered it that it would be dome like in three days (I ordered on like thursday or fri two weeks ago) but I guess something came up if so I need to change my shipping adress

yea he has not given me any problems... I just needed to make shure about the shipping time so I know where he needed to ship it to.

I have one of his shift lights and love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought the 4th 2-step he ever made from my friend who bought it a couple years ago i believe.. its still brand new in the box. I would have just gotten one from harlan himself, but i doubt i'll ever get it.. I might just pay the difference and get the raptor.

yall need to stop hateing on him he make quality stuff and gets it out as fast as posable if you dont want his stuff don't order it and because everyone bitches about the ship dates that he tells you before hand he is now closing his "store" and HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MAKES A TWO STEP FOR OUR CARS so some are going to pretty upset.

I never said he didnt make quality items. I also dont remember him telling me any kind of ship date. If he would have said 1 year and i would have ordered it, then I wouldnt complain. As it sits, its been 30 days and he wont respond back to me. Good products or not, this is not how you run a business if you want people to continue to buy from you. I run an ebay business and i dont have this problem... I dont want to hear how he is really busy either, because we all are... Either run a business or dont. This is the feedback section and your transaction went smooth, mine hasnt so far.

keep it on topic. i've not heard of harlan screwing anyone over so far, so whether you agree with him closing down his production of pieces or not.....take it up with him or start a thread in the racers lounge.....that will probably be locked. harlan has a life and whatnot, and he's made it well known he makes these things in his spare time. i don't recall being sick and out of commission "spare time". keep it civil.

btw....if he didn't tell you any kind of ship date....then why are you complaining? thats something you should ask for, or just get it when you get it.

Im not sure you are getting it. I ordered an item from someone and its been 30 days. I've sent multiple emails and dont get a response. His website said he was taking orders...no notice of there being any kind of delays. If there was some sort of problem, then thats ok, but why not respond? Now his site says its closed. Maybe you guys are made of money and can take that chance of loosing 55 bucks. Apparently im the only one here who isnt.

you must have missed the post where he said he's been SICK. that could be a good reason why he hasn't responded. I'll PM harlan and see whats up. I'm sure he has his ducks in a row, not everyone spends their life online and can respond to things every hour.

And I do get it, just fine. Have you sent him a PM?

Did you ask him about how long it would take? Or did you just go by what his website said? Which the last time I checked wasn't updated every 12 hours reflecting his current life situation .

Please try to keep your cool about this. Losing it won't help you at all here while trying to fix your problems. I will help as long as you're curteous and respectful to other members.
