General Maintenance & Repairs - What is the hose called in the AC that contains the low-pressure side valvecore?

The valvecore is leaking. I tried to tighten it, but that was to no avail. I will just have to replace that entire hose, but I do not know what it is called.

suction line?maybe unless it is part of the whole compressor manifold line assm. sometimes you can replace just the shrader valve. hope this helps
