Well I was setting the lower/middle portion on the motor and I noticed that it was seating right and was wondering what was wrong. Looked up towards the front and the coolant crossover was hitting the understide of the intake right by the inlet for the throttle body. Do I need a different crossover or do I just bend the one I have? I already changed the valley cover bolts, anything else need to be changed/modified?

You need to bend the coolant line downward until it is out the way.
