Default Need info kinda quick on temporary spare width

As the subject stated, need the width of the temporary rim. I recently swapped over to C5 rotors on the front and I went to change over to my drag racing wheels and tires yesterday. I found out that the front 16s will not fit over my brakes now.

I thinking about using the rim from my temporary spare and mounting the skinniest {regular} tire I can find on it. I've found a Firestone Firehawk that in a 195/55/16, would the 195 be too wide? I have already trial fitted the rim and it doesn't quite clear now. I'm pretty sure I could use a small spacer or grind the caliper a smidge {or a combination of both} and it would be good to go. The minimum width called out for that 195 is 5 inches I believe.

Gotta figure something out by Saturday and any help would be appreciated.

Welp, found out that the space savers wheels are 4 inches wide. Any one know where I could find something like a 165/60/16 or something in that range???

Well, I don't see anything at TireRack.com around that size.

Another option some people use for the fronts is wheels from the old VW Beetles. (TireRack.com doesn't have anything in their size either, though.)

Yep, looks like I have bought a second spare. I reckon I will try to shoehorn a 195/55/16 on there. I really would like to use the stock 135s but I'm a bit worried that the little space savers won't care too much for the speeds at the end of the track.
