Question SPEC3 problem

installed spec3 last week and i'm brakin the clutch in for 440 , today while i was driving the car the clutch started to act weird , now i have to puch the pidal all the way to shift and some times i have to force the shift in and out with the grinding sound of the gears when i want to force the shift.
what do u think is the reason?? how to fix it ?any body ???

clutch isn't disengaging. did you install the shim? if you have an adjustable master cylinder, adjust it out.

i don't kow if the guy who installed it put the shim but yeah it is not disengaging.if i want to install a shim what would by the thikness of the shim??

The clutch comes with a shim that must be installed at the slave cylinder

ok i think the guy at the shop did not installthe shim and he could not find it . what is the thinkness of the shim??
