Trying to tune a friends car. LS1 M6 with headers and a couple other boltons. Tuned with HPTuners. Did the basics with the fuel trims and timing. When the car is warm and you turn it off for a few minutes, then go back and start it, it will hesitate for the first couple seconds of driving. No misfire, no knock, just bogs down. I can't see anything on the scanner that seems odd. Any ideas?
