do yourself a favor and instead of buying a ground effects kit for 1k+ install.

Buy some bolt ons or cam or something. These cars are ment for racing not Riceing!

Hey 99SS,
The car already has a cam, heads, macs, borla, suspension. It is a 00 Z with 7,400 miles on it. It is basically a brand new car and had the ground effects from the factory. This isn't my race car so I want some nice wheels for it, I already have a drag car with my 83 Monte SS.

Ferosity, that car is my twin. That is exactly what I was looking for. Of course mine has the 16's on it now but I hope mine will look that sharp with some diff. wheels on it.
By the way it is an M6 also...

Here's the factory ground effects with a Wing West front peice. Car looks even cooler now that it's slammed on Prostars, I don't have any pics though yet. I also take offence to the rice comment. Almost all of the Z28s with ground effects on this site of very tasteful, and a handful of them could tear you a new *******, one went 9.60 yesterday (NOYZEE). Not bad for rice IMO.

I like that front piece! I always wondered why they stopped the front ground effects there. The car looks real good. I don't understand the rice comment either

I don't care for the rice comment either, I think the ground effects on Camaro's at least adds a little to the car. And I feel it's your car, do w/e the hell you want to with it, why should you have to sit and listen to anyone else telling you what they think would work, unless of course you ask.

Good call I sure wouldn't, I love the look of the ground effects on the car and eventually I am going to be looking for some 17's or 18's for my car too. I am thinking either the 10 spoke chrome wheels from SLP or the Z06 wheels, but I like the post, maybe it will give me some different ideas too.

I love my ground FX, people say all the time, dude, its a race car, pull them off its extra weight!! no way, it makes the car IMO
i love it, i think mine looked GREAT with the american racing TT-ll's, 17x11 out back
then i got Bogart RR-10's and HOLLY ****, i loved it. now i run a 15" Bogart D-10, and it still looks great.
I would say, a red car, any 5 spoke type wheel would look great. to many spokes ect im not sure of, but 5 spoke style looks nice for sure. and some sort of shine, weather its polished aluminum, or chrome someplace on the wheel.
