Default 1-2 shift gets worse after tune

I had the car tuned and the tm removed to fix the 2-3 delay. The car shifts great now everywhere but wot 1-2. It kinda just slides in and doesn't even spin the tires. With the hypertech It would brake loose on the 1-2 before sometimes. How hard are some of your stock 4l60e shifting. I know it has something to do with the tune b/c I drove it there then our after test drive it sucked but the 2-3 was great. I thinking maybe he used the wrong gear setting or something like that.

Not trying to steal the thread as I think we want the same info.

Mine is zeroed out. I think I'm at 70% on shift firmness on the tune.

Not sure what he did, I didn't do it. He either had efi live or edit.

not sure what you are tuning with, but with hptuners-

make sure the mph is right- if it is too low and the rpm point is where it should be, the car is going to shift when it hits the last of the 2 thresh-holds (rpm and mph). i've heard this can cause shitty shifting. try upping the mph for the 1-2 shift little by little to see if it gets better or hits the rev limiter.

Just stopped off to get some parts for the car. Heres my take-of(burnout).

Its weird because my TPS wasnt even that high. Does this mean that it didnt go into PE or what? So what do I change so it shifts when it is supposed to? My WOT shift 1-2 is 6800.

you need to re-set the tps sensor, not getting 100% tps is horrible, for performance among other things. try a search for that- i have seen that topic covered before on ls1tech

Resetting the TPS doesnt work since im sitting at 0.8 TPS voltage. SO do you think it is off by 20% so the 80 should have been a 100%.

Why is it that at idle the TPS is at 0% then?

Were you at WOT? I've never done a smokey burnout with out being at least 50% tps. Perhaps your tps is dead.
