Default HPTuners, I/O interface repair thread, need help getting some answers

What can I do to generate enough interest to get someone from HPTuners or Caspers to give me some help??
I am posting this here to help motivate someone from HPTuners or Caspers to get a hold of asap to let me know whats going on with my repair. I had one of the faulty batches of "dongles" as they call it. I am huge supporter of their product and would like to continue to do so.
it seems their customer support as of late has been "good for some" and "not so good for others", I am in the latter category.
below is a copy of the post I posted on their website this morning:

I could really use the interface I sent in over 2 weeks ago.

My name is Devin Lalande, A7083 is my interface #, you have my address, email, and phone #.

I have sent Caspers numerous unanswered emails, I PM'd Ken for some help (no response), I called and talk to someone at Caspers on thursday, Joe, he said my interface shipped, gave me this tracking # 126142E30351127445, it doesn't register with UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS.

I would like an update and some assurance this HAS been sent and an explination as to the poor customer service with regard to my transaction.

I love the HPTuner product, and I want to continue to support it, please, someone, step up, and help me out.

problem resolved, the interface is enroute, the second value in the tracking number is a Z, not a 2.
I'll chaulk that up as my fault.
I would have prefered HPTuners or Casper's response and help, in any event, I got what I needed.
Thanks to all who took the time to look.

Regards
Devin
