Default Diagnostic checks to pass inspection????

I have a 2000 WS6 and I reflashed the computer after tuning about 200 miles ago. When I checked DTC's the misfire still showed incomplete. Everything else was complete before I started driving. After driving around and logging data I checked DTC's again and misfire was still incomplete. Also after driving around the "A/C System Refrigerant" and "O2 Sensor Heater" both now showed as incomplete.
I know you can have 2 settings turned off and I have EGR and AIR disabled. Will I have any problems with NY inspection?

doubt it, u should be ok. in NC 2 can be "not ready" and still pass. if the misfire is your only one of the emission related ones that are tested u shoudl be fine

I thought the trick for passing was to leave them all on, but set them to not throw an SES light?

yeah you can do that too, i thought he was talking about some things not being ready to be tested, so the machine will actually say not ready for inspection

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I did set the EGR and AIR to be on but not throw codes. I just didn't know if those would count as my 2 "not readies" and that's why I was worried about the misfire incomplete giving me a problem.
