QTP=Excellent Customer Service Had a problem with an electric cutout i bought late last summer, and i talked to ken at qtp this past monday. he said send it to them and they can repair it. i sent it to them tuesday and it was back to me by friday, and it works great. i just wanted to say thanks, and its obvious that they know how to take care of theyre customers. thanks again QTP.
