Default Diagnoses of these spark plugs

thats the #4 plug, half of it is white the other half is burnt

does that mean anything ? or is that normal

the #2 plug looked like that but not as bad.

the plugs are a few months old.

Is it possible to get a clear close up?

From the description, it seems to be oil deposits.

Check the rings (compression test/leak down test), valve seals and guides.

Most likely source of oil.
