Have it scanned for error codes, post the results here.
The stock LS1 ign coils are very tough, unlikely it's one of them.
The only times I've had a noticeable misfire were traced to an oily MAF sensor (got code P0101) and a worn out plug wire (got code P0200).
Start with the stored error codes.

Definitly is a detonation issue. Is any way i can read the codes with out an scanner? If not the HP tunner can be used to read codes as an scanner? If so i have the excuse to buy it.
The plus wires are about 10 month old MSD,spark plugs the same time TR55s.So i have to find out wich code it give me.Thanks
