Nitrous Express sales the best unit on the market. The maximizer.THis unit has the following features.Ramp time, time delay, built in TPS switch, built in window switch, and reads o2s for lean conditions. This unit sells for 640.00.NX just recently came out with a dual window switch and progressive unit that is a little cheaper.

NX-Maximizer.
note that the new firmware allows you to set ramp time and delays by RPM, not only seconds.
Love my unit... got it from Dave

I thought 30% is what you can start out at. I'm not sure for I have not ran mine since last year. It is a great tool to have.
