why does my car keep eating crank sensors
just like teh post said.
this will be like my thrid or fourth one.
every other year, it dies. car starts back fireing, the sputtering. then spitting flame, then stalls out. if some one could help me as to why this is happening i will fix it.
i have all the bolt on's you can name.
a stage 2 heads and custom cam.
just installed a tnt f1 kit but have not touched it yet.
i store my car for the winter and start it up regularly.
any help?
thanx

Maybe the reluctor wheel on the crank is coming loose. I remember Pro Stock John had this problem a while back.
It could also be as simple as having the dealer do the crank relearn after you swap the sensor.
I would have the dealer do the crank relearn first and take it from there.
