Default Bo white Ported heads?

Just wondering if anyone had sent their 241 heads off to him. Wondering what kind of gains you guys were getting with them. Thanks

This is the only documented case I know of, most are street racers that are hush-hush lol.

Gomer has a set of 241s that I did a couple of weeks ago that he will have on his car real soon and will have a 241/F15 combo documented. Also have new flow #s commin too on the intake port I have redone that everyone since Jlaw has gotten that I did. Late next week will probably be the latest on those...hopefully. Thanx for the interest in my porting

What do you think you could get out of LS6 heads, Bo?

Bo, how willing would you be to help out with teh setup of heads for a person. As in helping select what springs/etc. should be used and then actually assembling them. I'm not very heads savvy but I've been looking into them some and your work seems like it would well for what I want.

Awesome, Jlaw has almost the exact same set up I have, and his dyno numbers are almost exactly the same.
-would anyone know what the HP difference would be using the 241 heads vs the 5.3l would be?

I'm at home on dailup right now, but I'll post up some pics of my 241's I got from Bo tomorrow morning. They look really good! I hope to have the car back together late this week or early this weekend and we'll see what kind of power it puts down.

I definately recommend Bo and his port work! Bo is a top notch guy unlike alot of others in this business. He does really good work for very little money in my opinion. Basically, I don't see how you could be dissapointed considering how cheap he is. I've seen a few sets of heads that he has done as well as throttle bodys and they have all looked really good. Big Thumbs Up!

I leave the valvetrain up to the customer on what they want to run unless they want my oppinion. I can get 918s and PRCs that are competitively priced installed, but my price of $650 is production valvetrain unless better is supplied with the heads to be installed. Like Jlaw and gomer, some of you already have cam and springs so thats money already spent that I reinstall for ya. On the LS6 heads I would expect to get the same gains in air flow but would only speculate since I have never done a set. I taylor my heads to the working man that want a set of nice heads but would have to pull a signature loan out to do so and thats were I step in and offer a very affordable product that isnt junk. Its not everyday were you see a M6 car that puts down 420 rwhp through the exhaust and spent $1200 for heads AND cam. There are better and more expensive heads than mine and by all means if you have a track only car that you pull around with your 1 ton my heads may not be the best choice. I am just trying to fill a void
