Default Connecting Oxygen sensors with differing plugs

I hope someone else has experienced this problem and can tell me how to fix it. I have a Howell Developments wiring harness and PCM (originally out of a 99 Camaro) fitted to a LS6 engine. The harness has a lead to the two oxygen sensors with a plug which has 4 pins in a line. My oxygen sensors fitted to the exhaust system has a lead with 4 pins in a square plug (2 above and 2 below). This plug has markings above each pin A,B,C & D. The inline connector has no pin markings. can anyone tell me how to connect the 4 wires from the oxygen sensor to the 4 pins on the harness? Thanks
