Default PVC Question: T1 Cam (108 ICL), 5.7L 0.030 Milled Heads?

If I were running a 221/221 .558/.558 112 cam (108 ICL) on 5.7L heads that had been milled 0.030, would I be OK on PVC with 2.02 intake valves? Also, using stock thickness head gaskets, what length of pushrods would I need and is there anything else I'd need to make the geometry of the valvetrain work correct with the milled heads?

I've been running 2 cams with same specs (MTI B1 114 & C1 112) with MTI stage 2 heads milled 0.030 with no problems.

Good deal. One more. With 5.7L milled (0.030) heads, what is the static compression ratio with stock pistons?

10.91 - 11.3 depending on gasket thickness.

Stock gasket thickness I suppose. I'd like to be at an even 11.0 but wouldn't mind being a little under that. Wouldn't want to be much over.
