Default I Need A True No Nonsense Answer!!!!

LS-1 SWAP WITH TH350 TRANS!!!
I need to know exactly what convertor to use for driver type performance!!
I need to know exactly how to get a vss signal to 1998 f-body pcm using
a painless harness!!!
and i need to know do i really need an adaptor plate or is flexplate and adaptor good enough???
also if you have the knowledge a complete step by step install of these items
into a 1969 camaro!!!! I'm a certified tech in a very rural area and this is a budget minded hobby!!! info on web is just to inconsistant and I'm tired of
guessing----help me!!! please I want car up and running by july 4th!!!

Get a tci flexplate. The th350 will bolt right up to a lsx block without an adapter plate. You just use 5 bolts instead of all eight. We have done it on two low ten second cars and no issues. The converter can be bought from tci, precission industries or yank. I don't remember the wiring off hand, but I did splice into an m6 harness to get the reverse lights and speedo to work. Run a search here and you should be able to find the answers, or give yank a call.
