Default help about custom wheels..

After reading the sticky up there in this forum i found this..
BTW my car is a 2000 Z28

Front
9.0" ..... +38 to +56 mm .... 255, 265, 275

Rear
11.0" ... +45 to +56 mm .... 315

i would like to go with this combo, how ever the range of offsets makes me wonder..

As i get it, the more positive the more lip right?

Default

The smaller "numerically" the offset is the bigger the lip. So . .

A 38 mm offset wheel will have a bigger lip than a wheel with a 50 mm offset.
