How do I connect Speed Inc Fuel rails to hard fuel line?
I'm installing mine now, as it stands now, I can't see how to connect it unless I was shorted some fittings. All I have left in my install kit is some hose clamps.
Does anyone know of an AN fitting that will go on the braided steel line and then connect to the cars hardline?

Nah they are not the correct parts I am talking about. It slips on to the quick release and then the AN-6 screws on to it. Let me go look for the part number I've got them on my conversion project.
FUEL RAIL TO -6AN Part # 640860 Summit says they are on back order till 6/1/05 if that is anything like when I ordered mine you should get it around Labor Day. Russell is slow as hell making them. Holley said they would be releasing their Earl's brand in June.
www.performanceplumbing.com sells the same fittings. In the Sept 2004 copy of GM High Tech they show them on page 54 bottom right.

That part I posted is just for a 3/8 hard line. You would need a -6 male to say a -8 male and then put a -8 hose end on that with your SS line going to the rail fitting. or a a -6 male to a -8 hose end if they make that?

That piece will connect to a 3/8 hard line. The red part goes onto the line and the blue end is a -6 female.
a -6 to -8 male fitting goes between those 2 and then you could run a -8 hose off of that.

Damn I'm an idiot, that's not gonna work either LOL
I'm not trying to go from a 3/8 pipe to an AN8
I'm trying to find something that goes into the stock hard fuel line, my stock fuel rail is gone now.
Guess I'll keep digging.

Have you tried Summit? I dunno how far into Michigan you are, but they're in Northern Ohio and they have a major internet presence.

Put the Russell fitting on the hard line by the driver fenderwell where the stock hose went and then run a AN-6 line to the new rails. Nothing hard you might want to pick up a 90* NPT to AN adaptor to clean up the install and then run a crossover in the back. Find a hydrodlic shop and they should have the NPT/AN fitting.
