Default will hp tuners work with my dell 5100(serial port ?)

I have a dell 5100 and i dont know what the port for the hp tuners is supposed to look like or how many pins it needs.Can someone fill me in here i tried searching and everything but the database is not working again.All i can see on the back of the dell is a blue male port with 15 small holes in it and 2 other ports that look like phone jacks.please help.

The blue male serial port is actually for a remote monitor hook-up. If you don't have a female serial port you'll have to use a USB adapter. I would recomend getting the one from Innovate, as some of the other cheap ones act a little buggy for some. You do have a USB port?
