Default Pics of a rearend... HELP please

Obviously a 4th Gen F-body housing, I have looked and it is 3.43 gearing. My question is, is that plug in connector at the top for the Traction control or what? If I were to clean this thing up and replace my 3.23's that are under my 98 T/A with a 6-speed in it, would the difference from the 3.23 to the 3.43 be worth it?

OK cool, so I shouldn't have any problems swapping it into my 98 then right?

No, all you have to do is swap out your axleshafts and backing plates. The 4 chanel will work out fine.
