Gears & Axles - 3:90's

my car is a t56 car with just bolt ons. i will be purchasing a moser 12 bolt soon and i'm debating on which gear to get. i might spray later on and i've heard that na, 4:10 is the way to go. since i might spray, should i go with the 3:73, 3:90, or 4:10?

3:90 is a good ''in between'' gear, perfect for occasioal track and reliable for day to day street use.
