check the dyno section. its not a bad cam but the name is a misnomer. i'd look into the FM13, x2, 233/239, or 235/240 before i got a torquer, but thats just me.

The NEW version of the Torquer camshaft is a 232/234 XER Comp grind camshaft.

The new Torquer "T2" camshaft works really well & peaks about 6200rpms. IMHO it's a great camshaft for someone wanting a nice idle & good power across the rpm band!

On a size note I do have a few of the 235/240 cams left for $250 each!!!

When I called TSP to order a Torquer a few months ago, they talked me out of it. They ended up selling me a 235/240 which I am VERY happy with! It's rough and bucks at anything below 2000 rpm, yet it's making close to 300 lb-ft of torque at only 1750 rpm. From 3500 rpm up, it revs quick and pulls like a wild beast. It dynoed 431 rwhp at 6400 rpm. It's still putting out over 400 hp at 7000 rpm. Very nice cam IMO. And this is in my daily driver BTW.

give Futral a call, their cams seem to be making more power everywhere.

Cal's 235/240 did make very good power

The new Torquer 2 camshaft works really well though, it makes very good torque & I'd put it up against ANY camshaft with close to the same specs...

I have the original version and love it. It is the 233/233 version and the idle is killer at 800 rpms and you can cruise down to 50mph in 6th just like with the stock cam and it revs great out to 6800. The power and torque come in a little earlier at lower revs than with the bigger cams but doesn't reach the peak of the bigger cams. I have to mention that TSP did a great install on my car as well and paid close attention to detail and took great care of my baby! A big 'Thumbs Up'!
